Nice video. I’d like to know what mic do you use for recording this video (the one you have on your clothes): Is it wireless? Thanks!

If you really want to take great shots, get the nikon d60 or nikon d40 or maybe the d3000.

Yea! More zoom for yet more crappy noisy image files to take up hard drive space.

    ….another camera for the landfills.

The only problem with Nikon compact cameras is that they are very noisy when compared to canon,I have a D300s SLR and trust me-I would have loved to have a Nikon compact! But they are waaay to noisy, and have slow lenses!

Thanks for the size difference between the lumix & the nikon, i was looking for one. Do you know if the camera zooms in on video mode on both the nikon & the lumix?

Thanks for the comparison comments between P90 and p6000. They both seem awesome but I’m drawn towards the p90.

    Love the D90!
The only thing is that it does not have the space to put an extra flash : (
Although the rest is amazing! :D

The P6000 has more manual control, a hot shoe and can use lens converters – so in some ways is more versatile. However, the P90 has an adjustable LCD and a powerful zoom so offers something the P6000 cannot.
The widest angle the P90 supports is 26mm, which is a very good wide angle – made even better thanks to its 624mm tele. The P6000 has a 28-112mm lens – although this can be changed with the fitting of various lens converters.

is this suppose to be more versitile than the p6000? And is there wide angle?
