I just watched this video for the first time and I was very confused but now that I found HP’S response it makes sense. For those of us that have lighter skin let’s try this feature or program for that matter in a dark room…does it work? Of course not. This gentleman is so nice and cool about this issue that I don’t understand the reason for the negative, nasty and ignorant comments.

@neocryptz I hope this guy was just useing the situation to make fun of hp and wan’t serious. No company is stupid enough to make this happen on perpouse. Most likely there is a setting that locks out certain colors or soemthing and it accidentally locked him out. A computer flaw does not mean racism. At most it means incopitence of the manufacturers if they programed it wrong. So I hope this is just a joke or he is pretty much just makeing a fool of himself.
